1. Acceptance of Terms

By opting in to receive text messages from Beyond A Search LLC (“Company”, “we”, “our”), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. This includes all SMS/MMS messaging related to services, promotions, alerts, appointment reminders, and customer support.

2. Messaging Program Description

We use SMS/MMS messages to:

• Provide digital marketing updates and offers
• Send account notifications and service alerts
• Deliver scheduled messages based on your subscriptions or requests
• Respond to customer inquiries

Message frequency may vary depending on your interactions and preferences.Usually one message per week.

3. User Consent (Opt-In Requirement)

You will only receive SMS/MMS messages from Beyond A Search LLC if you have provided express written consent through one of the following:

• Opt-in via web form
• Texting a keyword to +1 832-402-7239
• Checking an opt-in box when requesting a consultation
• Verbal agreement followed by confirmation message

By consenting, you certify that you are the account holder or have the account holder's permission to enroll.

4. Opt-Out (STOP Commands)

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying:

• STOP to cancel all messages
• HELP to receive assistance

After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message. No further messages will be sent unless you opt-in again.

5. Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. We are not responsible for any charges incurred from messaging.

6. Supported Carriers

We support all major U.S. carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and others. However, not all carriers guarantee message delivery. Beyond A Search LLC is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Use our messaging services for fraudulent or illegal purposes
• Share inappropriate or offensive content through our platform
• Attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer our communication systems

Violation may result in suspension or termination of your access.

8. Privacy

Your personal data, including your mobile number, will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will not be sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service periodically. Continued use of our messaging services implies acceptance of the new terms.

11. Beyond a Search LLC will use SMS to communicate with individuals who have opted in to do so. This includes appointment confirmations & reminders, scheduling links, follow-up messages, and ongoing customer communications for requests made via https://beyondasearch.com/contact/. The campaign also provides service updates, customer reports, proposals/quotes, account-related information, and responses to webchat widget inquiries. Promotional messages, such as sales, offers, and new content, are sent only to those who have explicitly opted in to receive them. Users will receive confirmation messages when opting in or out of SMS notifications.
12. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP”, "END", "CANCEL", "UNSUBSCRIBE" or "QUIT" to 832-402-7239. Upon sending any of these keywords, we will immediately confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

14. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
15. As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
